The Waldo staff is professional and friendly. Whenever, I had a routine maintenance the guys fixed it in a timely manner. ... Yes, as the rent continues to rise. I would like to see the apartment units renovated on the inside such as newer appliances, bathroom fixtures and upgraded carpet.
